What's included in the free Starter Practice plan?

The Starter Practice plan includes up to 200 active patients, 50 new patients per month, up to 2 clinicians, 5 additional team users, 5GB storage, Basic Admin Analytics, AI features with a monthly usage limit, all 3 apps (Core, Admin & Portal), and full data export. You get one practice, completely free.

What's the difference between the plans?

Starter Practice is free and perfect for small practices getting started. Growing Practice (from £249/month per practice when billed annually) removes limits, adds multi-location management, Advanced Admin Analytics, and generous AI usage. Enterprise (from £499/month per practice) adds cross-practice central reporting, custom SSO, dedicated infrastructure, and SLA-backed support.

What is an Active Patient?

An Active Patient is any patient who has had an appointment within the last 18 months, has a future appointment booked, has an outstanding balance, or has an active treatment plan. Archived patients do not count toward your limit.

How does Lumina compare to other dental software?

Lumina includes all three surfaces (clinical, admin, and patient portal) in every plan, with no per-surgery charges. How does the intelligent documentation work?

Can I import my existing patient data?

Yes, we provide data migration support from most major dental practice management systems. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to your practice.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your data remains accessible for 2 years after cancellation, and we provide full export tools to download all your information.
